THREE WAY CONFERENCES/LEARNING CONVERSATIONS - Bookings now open

Next week on Tuesday and Thursday our mid year reporting, three way conferences will be held from 3.15pm onwards. Classes finish at the usual 2.50 time on these days. If you have not yet made your booking please do so asap as places are filling fast!

Reports will be emailed today. This report is a mid year overview of your child's achievement in key aspects of literacy, mathematics learning and the learning competencies. Please see the information below from the Ministry of Education regarding the implications of the curriculum change for student progress and achievement.

Possible changes in your child’s progress, particularly those students who have previously been achieving at expected levels and may now be working towards the expected level for their year group, may be a reflection of the raised expectations in the curriculum as noted in the MOE statement, particularly in mathematics and statistics.

Please know that teachers are working hard to understand these changed expectations and provide programmes to support student learning in relation to these.
